In 2012 after [[Brent Spiner]]'s birthday party at the church, Sam was with [[Judge Terrance Jenkins]] and [[Hugh Jackman]] when [[Sara Avery]] appeared. Attracted to the buffet table, Sara shuffled over and began eating everything. Sam became paralyzed with fear and stood by when, in the midst of her drunken food binge, [[Sara Avery]] grabbed Sam's abdominals and ate them. She then shoved Sam into her massive vagina, and pushed him back out, giving birth to a retarded, ugly version of Sam Barbary with [[The Prune Belly|no abdominal muscles]] (since those don't grow back). Sam started calling her "Mother", and suckling at her breast like an infant. Sara and Sam beamed away to the privacy of the nearest Jesuit base where they could enjoy their new relationship in peace.

Horrified and concerned, the entire church began looking for Sam. They posted fliers urging others to help.

Later, God would perform a miracle to restore Sam's abs and rectify his mental retardation.

==Bukkaked and Jesuited==

When the [[Church of Gail]] got together for a protest service against the mass that [[Order of the Jesuits|the Jesuits]] were holding at their own church, Sam was present for the surprise arrival of [[Satan]]. Satan grabbed Sam and made Sam suck his penis, before ejaculating molten semen onto his stomach. [[The Prune Belly|Sam's abdominals melted off]], for the last time, permanently. When [[Satan]] and [[Zack Knight]] left the building that night, they took Sam with them. It would later be revealed that Sam had in fact been a secret Jesuit agent the whole time.
