Tyrone Jenkins

Tyrone is a newly graduated medical doctor and member of the Jenkins family, specifically the nephew of Terrance Jenkins. His white skin and bright blue eyes are in stark contrast to the appearances of his African American family members. Unbeknownst to Tyrone, he was adopted as a baby and never told about his origins. Prior to meeting with Gail for the first time, Terrance warned Gail that Tyrone did not know he was adopted and that the whole family is afraid to tell him because Tyrone had been raised as a proud black man and they know he will react very badly. Gail promised to keep the family secret, and carefully walks on eggshells around Tyrone, never implying that he may be white. Along with his friend Melanie Richards, Tyrone appears in some footage from in-person Gail encounters and is heard -- with a voice and accent strangely similar to Terrance Jenkins', but never seen. Gail describes Tyrone as a handsome black man with an "Autumn Romantic" color personality. Tyrone believes he gets his light complexion from his uncle Michael Jackson.

Olive Garden

Tyrone first met Gail through Melanie on a visit to Gail's apartment in summer of 2013. While Melanie and Tyrone sat together on Gail's bed to chat with Gail at her computer, bed bugs from Gail's mattress crawled on Tyrone's arm and left him covered in red, welt-like bites that lasted for several days. In addition, Tyrone's asthma was aggravated by the hot, humid air in her apartment and he became flu-like sick upon returning home with Melanie at Church of Gail. In some of the Jesuit footage from the encounter he is heard tripping over the heaps of trash that covered the floor, and experiments with the use of Gail's exercise machine. After Gail explained that she has difficulty carrying heavy bags of trash down to the first floor of the apartment complex herself, Tyrone offered to carry it down for her, but Gail refused help.

Gail, Melanie and Tyrone drove to Olive Garden for dinner and Tyrone remained on guard to protect the group from any signs of approaching fat chicks, having already had to rescue Melanie from the jaws of one on their trip over to see Gail. During dinner, Zack Knight caused Tyrone to drop his knife while eating and killed the battery on his phone.

Thanksgiving 2013

While Melanie and Gail were sharing Thanksgiving dinner together, Terrance and Tyrone, whose voices were difficult to distinguish, called Melanie on the phone and spoke to the girls through speaker.
