Is Gail real? How do you know she isn't a troll?
Gail is 100% real. She has a mental illness called paranoid schizophrenia which causes her to believe things that aren't real. In the past, she has been seen by various doctors and prescribed a number of anti-psychotic medications, and has even done a brief stint in a psychiatric hospital. Her illness has affected her family members and her ability to function in real life. She isn't faking.
