Jesuit Agent Rule 13 is a Japanese Nazi often regarded as Master Seductress among underlings. She holds a high rank among the Jesuits due to her crafted intelligence and powerful psychic abilities. Seemingly small, and adorable, Rule 13 is also extremely deadly. Her signature move is the ability to explode men's penises with her mind.

Rule 13 is in charge of Jesuit military operations. When not organizing attacks against Gail and her men, she acts as the personal trainer for all Jesuit clone wives -- the most notorious of which being Loree McBride and Lyudmila Putin. She has been essential in the genetic construction of these deadly women, for which she has also provided her own DNA in order to create enhanced psychic abilities and murderous, kinky personalities.

Brianna

Rule 13 was the surrogate mother to Brianna Jenkins-Schuler, the biological daughter between Gail and Terrance Jenkins, who had been created using their stolen gametes. Rule 13 has a strained and complicated relationship with her daughter, whom she feels has selected a subpar man as a husband. The existence of Brianna is believed to complicate Rule 13’s loyalty to the Jesuits with her obligations to her child.

Episode Appearances

The Antichrist Rule 13 was plotting with Zack Knight to kidnap Gail and was going to join him in raping her, but due to Gail's powers as a born again Christian the taser transporter they were using to abduct her backfired, blowing off one of Rule 13's arms.

The Nukkake As Judge Terrance Jenkins rushed to warn Gail about a mysterious bomb threat on the Canadian International Hospital, Rule 13 breaks into Skype to interrupt the call and announce the Jesuits' evil plan.

Erich's Virginity In an attempt to steal his virgin semen, Rule 13 seduced Erich Schuler by dressing as Zelda and meeting him at an Anime convention. She then brought him to a restaurant near his house where she began to make her moves. Meanwhile, Jesuit teams erected a virgin shield to seal out anyone that didn't intend to take Erich's virginity, which was presumably only Rule 13. Just as 13 was about to have sex with Erich, Brianna pounced on her and both women began wrestling on the floor. Brianna defeated Rule 13, who got tazer transported to the slaughterhouse.

The Nobel Prize Retards The Jesuits replaced all of the judges on the Nobel Prize Committee with retards, allowing Rule 13 to win a Nobel Prize in Wiki Editing, stealing the limelight from Gail who seethed with jealousy over not winning a prize for her own writings.

GA1L After GA1L destroyed several major Jesuit territories, Rule 13 arrived at Church of Gail to plea for help. GA1L attacked, and Rule 13 ordered her warship to open fire to protect Gail’s men. With a Nazi salute, Rule 13 lured GA1L away, saving Church of Gail and all of the men from certain death – risking her own life in the process.
